Security & Inspections

Although you may be over 1400 miles away, you can have peace of mind about your holiday home.  As well as looking over the home during our cleaning visits, we will personally conduct random visits day and night each week throughout your absence. 

Should we encounter anything untoward, we will contact you immediately;  and arrange local visits as appropriate from Police, plumber, glazier, etc.

We’ll provide first-responder service for any alarms you have fitted. Keys will be held in a secure cabinet and an up-to-date logbook recording any withdrawals will be available for you to inspect.  We can also arrange to cut and hold extra keys to use if your guests should mislay theirs; placing a card at your property with our contact details for emergencies.

We can supply and fit – discreetly! – a document safe for your valuables.

Currently proof of our visits is supplied( if Required) with a dated and timed internal picture of your property which is sent to you weekly in an email report.

In early 2009 AltinkumBaysEasyWays is planning to introduce the Guard tour system. Guard is an electronic tool: located in your property is a small button (no wiring). When our check is carried out we touch the button with Guard tour gun to make a digital log entry. This is then downloaded to you via the internet.  It is set in real time and cannot be altered. This equipment is a first for property management in Turkey. It gives our clients full confidence. It's undeniable proof that you are getting the service you are paying for.

Paying Bills

We’ll ensure that accounts are kept up to date with utilities, water, electricity – those things that you can’t pre-arrange at the bank.  And we’ll properly record any disbursements we make for you.
